With a large, bright, 3.5-inch display, fonts are easily viewed, and viewing the screen outdoors is a snap. The iPhone is slightly bigger than a 30gb iPod.

Usability -
Apple does not market the iPhone as a ’smartphone’, although it has very similar features. Currently many smartphones such as the Blackberry have very complex interfaces, however the iPhone is ingeniously easy to use, as shown here by a baby who is able to use it.

What Do Customers Think of the iPhone?
Overall, iPhone owners are extremely happy with their new purchase. Despite the high pricetag, 90% of 200 owners said they were “extremely” or “very” satisfied with their phone. And 85% said they are “extremely” or “very” likely to recommend the device to others.
